My name is Anthony, I have been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years, training individuals from the age of 8 to 80. My vast experience and unique methods can help anyone to achieve their goals.
I am also a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Mark Foster Swim Academy.
I specialise in a number of different fitness areas such as; rehabilitation, weight loss, strength training and training for events. I am a former amateur cyclist and have a great passion for all sports.
